You can buy the bars at the best rate from Batha. Regarding taking to your country it depends from where you are? However there is no restriction on taking it out from Saudi Arabia as long as it is justifiable with the purchase receipt and it is according to your status. I.e. an quantity equal to your 4-5 months of salary is generally not an issue if travelling alone. If with family than I have not heard any issue in this regard.
